As the company approaches its 4th anniversary, it is looking to build on those successful years and take on a self-employed Advisor to handle the overspill of mortgage business.
The firm is seeking an ambitious, motivated Mortgage Broker who wants to be free from micromanagement - an Advisor who can bring some of their own clients, whilst also dealing with referral business from the company.
This firm can guarantee leads amounting to 2-3 mortgages written a month and is looking for a Mortgage Adviser who can self-generate approximately 40+ mortgages a year. This is an excellent opportunity for Advisors who are looking to get out of a corporate environment, who have some of their own clients, but don’t want to go out entirely on their own.
You would benefit from the support and leads of a small but established brokerage, without the constant monitoring of sales managers and low commission structures found in larger firms. The Director, who has a wealth of experience, has “significantly more business than they can touch”, and has an introducer relationship with a busy estate agent “ready to go” as soon as a broker comes on board!
Our client will consider Mortgage Advisers with at least 2 years’ ‘whole of market’ experience – which is usually the level at which you will start to have clients coming back to you. You must be confident and comfortable dealing with clients both face to face and over the telephone, with the ability to keep yourself well-organised in order to write volume business.
The working hours are entirely flexible, allowing you to create a schedule that is built around you and your clients, so you can work at your best! You will be able to work from home, or from the office, as suits. You will enjoy full administration and compliance support so you can really focus on giving advice!
This is a great step for a Mortgage Broker who is keen to step up their earnings; on a self-employed basis you will benefit from competitive commission splits and can expect a minimum OTE of £50K+! The company can also provide financial support in the initial months to get you off the ground!
