One of the country’s leading independent estate agency chains – and one of the most established – is looking for an ambitious Mortgage Broker to join its Financial Services arm. This company is multi, multi-award winning and takes great pride in how it treats both its clients and its staff.
You will be responsible for developing the business in the area and then creating and building a new team, becoming a Manager in the process.
As a result of ongoing growth, a need has arisen for an additional Mortgage Adviser / Area Manager to be based in the Headington area. Coming on board, you will initially work principally as an Advisor becoming a Manager as you help grow, induct and train the team. You will then be responsible for managing growth within the area; working 1-2-1 with Advisors, creating local league tables and managing positive PR.
Working for this exciting, rapidly growing business, you will initially service the mortgage and protection requirements of a diverse range of clientele. You will be working with busy branches, and therefore you can expect lots of enquiries and high earning potential. Our client advises that they would expect Advisors to write a minimum of 12 mortgages a month with no self-generation required!
It is essential that you are a qualified Mortgage Adviser with a successful track record of writing compliant business. Previous experience of working with estate agencies is required and management experience is preferential.

This role is offered on an employed basis; with a basic salary range between starting at £30K going up to £40K for experienced candidates! However, the real money lies in the commission, the OTE for this advisor role is £80K plus!
