One of the country’s leading independent estate agency chains – and one of the most established – is looking for a Head of Sales for its Financial Services arm. This company is multi, multi-award winning and takes great pride in how it treats both its clients and its staff.
You will be responsible for building and developing the FS team, which currently consists of over 40 Mortgage Advisors servicing over 50 branches.
Reporting directly to the Group Board of Directors, you will be responsible for day to day business issues and the performance of the FS arm. You will be responsible for spotting opportunities and managing growth within the division. Working with the Area Managers, you will be involved with recruiting, developing and supervising Mortgage & Protection Advisers.
Working for this exciting, rapidly growing business, Advisors work in busy branches, dealing with lots of enquiries and benefiting from high earning potential. Our client advises that they would expect Advisors to write a minimum of 12 mortgages a month.
It is essential that you have a number of years’ management experience in a ‘whole of market’, estate agency-based environment.

This role is offered on an employed basis with a basic salary of circa £60K (Negotiable). You will also benefit from a bonus, which is dependent on the finalised scope of the role as agreed between the successful candidate and the company.
