Based in Milton Keynes, this firm is extremely well-connected with an impressive range of longstanding introducers from which it enjoys a steady stream of quality leads. The company also boasts an enviable existing client bank producing many ongoing lucrative remortgage deals.
Our client is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Mortgage Adviser who is driven to fully exploit the wealth of business opportunities available.
We make no apologies for only being interested in ambitious Mortgage Brokers who are going to go the extra mile to achieve the very realistic OTE of £70K - £100K+.
Given the clients available, it is entirely feasible that you will be able to write 20+ mortgages cases per month.
Predominantly, you will be dealing with clients over the telephone, although you will occasionally be expected to visit some clients / introducers onsite.
You will benefit from working in a highly efficient environment, supported by proficient Administrators, who will allow you to do what you do best; give advice and write substantial income.
It is essential that you have recent experience of giving mortgage advice and that you are fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent. Whole of market / independent broking experience would certainly be preferable, although outstanding candidates from a restricted / tied environment will be considered.
You will be expected to work on average, 1 weekend day a month, for which you will be given a day off in lieu during the week.
You will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary of up to £35K (negotiable, dependent on experience), plus a generous bonus scheme.
If you are a money-motivated Mortgage Advisor with a successful track record of writing good levels of business, then you will struggle to find a company where you can make as much money as you will do here!
