As a result of ongoing growth, this large, highly successful, award-winning Mortgage and Protection network has an exciting opening for a Mortgage Desk Manager in Sale. This mortgage desk is “renowned within the industry” for its first-class service and technical knowledge.

Working from the company’s brand-new head office, you will manage a team that deals with inbound enquiries from Mortgage Brokers from across the country. You will keep up to date with the mortgage market, and the products and propositions of the mortgage lenders and insurance companies, in order to help the team deliver a first-class service.

With excellent rapport building skills, you will be a consultative advisor, who can quickly and accurately identify the correct solution and clearly demonstrate the benefits of products and services to others. You will enjoy traditional office hours (Mon - Fri 9am – 5pm), something which is rare within the mortgage world!

It is essential that you have experience within the Financial Services industry, with experience of managing in a busy environment (such as a branch or contact team), as the team of 7 receives over 1,000 calls a week. Specific experience within the Mortgage and Protection market, as well as holding any relevant qualifications, such as CF6 or CeMAP, would certainly be advantageous.

You will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary of up to £31K (dependent on experience and qualifications) which with annual bonus can see earnings up to £35K!
