Working from the company’s brand new, newly-renovated head office in a telephone-based role, you will deal with inbound enquiries from Mortgage Brokers from across the country. You will keep up to date with the mortgage market, the products and propositions of the mortgage lenders and insurance companies, in order to deliver a first-class service.
With excellent rapport building skills, you will be a consultative advisor, who can quickly and accurately identify the correct solution and clearly demonstrate the benefits of products and services to others. You will enjoy traditional office hours (Mon - Fri 9am – 5pm), something which is rare within the mortgage world!
It is essential that you have experience within the Financial Services industry, including experience in customer advising/ service roles. You will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable handling inbound calls. Specific experience within the Mortgage and Protection market, as well as holding any relevant qualifications, such as CF6 or CeMAP, would certainly be advantageous.

You will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary of between £19.5K to £22K (dependent on experience and qualifications).
