Our client, a highly reputable private wealth management company based in Crawley have an exciting opportunity for a Paraplanner/ Client Support Manager.

This company put its heart and soul into delivering progressive financial planning solutions and providing expert financial advice. Its clients are at the centre of everything it does, with the aim of helping its clients achieve their desired outcomes in life.

You will be working as part of a lively and friendly Client Support Team and will be responsible for providing full paraplanning services to its Financial Planners. The main duties will involve researching product options, creating client suitability reports and analysing clients’ existing products. You will also be involved in creating all relevant new business paperwork and producing reports using Voyant, utilising both in-house and external software, discussing research with Financial Planners. You will be responsible for presenting suitability reports to Financial Planners and ensuring these reports are accurately compliant.

Previous Paraplanning experience is essential. It is preferred that you hold the diploma qualification, however, you will be considered if you are working towards this. You will be IT literate, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. A high level of technical knowledge is essential, along with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Experience of using Voyant is preferred, as you will be using this to input data and produce reports. Great communication skills are key, you will be a strong team player and have the will to thrive in a challenging and fast paced environment.
