With a demonstrable understanding of UK commercial insurance products and carriers, you’ll provide a first-class account handling service to your portfolio of clients and their client-facing Account Executives, maintaining a focus on delivering an exceptional client service at all times. Your wide and varied role will include handling mid-term adjustments, renewal preparation, rebroking exercises, and handling client queries over the telephone and by email. You will also be liaising with insurers, internal departments and other offices, whilst proactively identifying gaps in cover and thus opportunities to cross-sell new products.

Being Chartered, the company ideally seeks applicants who have already made progress towards CII qualifications but they are happy to consider individuals who are prepared to commit to professional studies and attain Cert CII as a minimum. Full exam and study support will be provided.
