A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an operational Claims professional to become the claims trailblazer for this highly successful and rapidly expanding UK insurance group that works across both Commercial and Personal Lines.
As the first incumbent of this newly-created role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape, develop and mould it to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance. There are however key responsibilities from day one, which will include but not be limited to reviewing, analysing and identifying improvements on the suite of claims-based MI reports, relationship management of TPA providers, insurer partners and internal stakeholders, and managing the audit process. Additionally, you’ll monitor large claims activity, reporting back to group on progress, taking the lead on the understanding of fraud related activity, and generally acting as an ambassador for claims both internally and externally.
This role has been created on the back of significant investment into the organisation and a desire by this business to continue to provide the best possible service to its customers and partners. As such, the firm seeks applications from passionate, self-motivated and proud claims professionals with the ability to work from a carte blanche perspective, but with the assistance and assurance from a welcoming and equally motivated senior management team.
Field based, but able to travel within the UK branch network, you’ll be able to demonstrate proven operational experience from within a similar role, supported by the ability and desire to embrace a new and exciting challenge such as this. A basic salary of up to £50K awaits, alongside a benefits package to include pension, 25 days’ holiday and more.
