We’re working with a leading UK insurance group that is experiencing significant growth and expansion in its Schemes and Delegated Authority divisions. As a result of this development, there is now an immediate requirement for an industry experienced individual to inherit, streamline and take ownership of the Delegated Authority Framework.
Reporting directly into the Group Head of Delegated Authority your remit will be to design and implement a robust DA framework to enable and equip the business for significant expansion in this arena with a view to it becoming a recognised leader. Additionally, you’ll have responsibility to oversee and monitor the framework’s effectiveness and to identify ways to improve processes and procedures. Your role will also carry a strong focus to collaborate and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, providing advice on best practice in all DA matters at all times.
With a first-class knowledge of all UK mainstream insurance product lines, together and with an in-depth industry knowledge of Delegated Authority Schemes (ideally with knowledge of the Lloyd’s DA code of Practice), you will be a ‘social chameleon’, able to adapt your style and level of detail required according to the audience. You’ll also be a proud ambassador for this key sector of the business and ‘champion for change.’
