An urgent requirement has arisen within this highly professional organisation that specialises in the provision of insurance broking services to both commercial and personal clients.

The company seeks a methodical, organised and self-motivated individual who can provide the “oil for the engine”, freeing the key individuals to carry out their roles effectively safe in the knowledge that all associated administration is taken care of.

With close attention to detail and accuracy at all times your efficient and expedient support service will include diary management, booking meetings, agenda provision, and running MI reports using a variety of software. Additionally, you’ll be the first port of call for all departmental enquiries from both the telephone and via email, and the provision of an efficient triage service in this regard will be essential.

You’ll be working with and for some senior and most influential individuals, and therefore you will be able to demonstrate advanced communication skills alongside the pre-requisite spreadsheet, administration and analytical experience.

Ideally, you’ll have knowledge and experience gained from within the Insurance or wider Financial Services space, but we do also welcome applications from eloquent, charismatic and corporate Administrators, keen to explore opportunities in an exciting new sector.
