As a result of this growth, the firm has partnered with Aston Charles to help secure the services of an experienced Commercial Account Handler to provide an exemplary Account Handling service to both new and existing clients.
Working alongside the highly charismatic and very successful Account Executives, you’ll quickly become exposed to a wide variety of commercial clients from Sole Traders and SMEs through to large, complex manufacturing and construction companies, and plenty more in between. With a focus on client care and relationship management, you’ll be the clients’ first port of call for mid-term adjustments, policy queries, document production and general advice on ‘all things commercial.’ Additionally, you’ll be responsible for rebroking exercises, renewal preparations and report preparations too.
With no airs and graces, bureaucracy or red tape, this is a great place to work. The Account Handlers are valued incredibly highly by the Account Executives and there is a real team ethic at play here. Refreshingly, you’ll not be burdened with KPIs to achieve or weekly reviews to prepare for either.
