As a result of growth, a need has arisen for a home-based Mortgage Trainer.
Monitoring field-based Mortgage Advisers throughout the Midlands, your varied role will include, but not be limited to, listening to audio recorded mortgage interviews and providing feedback and training to Mortgage Advisers. Your objective will to be improve mortgage sales and insurance penetration rates, while ensuring that Advisers remain compliant at all times.
As expected, you must be an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser, with a successful sales track record. Equally, you will have an excellent compliance track record and core values based on integrity and client satisfaction. It is not essential that you have specific experience within training, however, you must have the ability to effectively deliver constructive feedback to, and gain buy-in from, a range of personalities. We are looking for someone who is really keen to ‘make a difference’ in a continually growing organisation.
You’ll be based from home, visiting Mortgage Advisers throughout the Midlands, and you’ll also be expected to visit the company’s head office in Cannock, perhaps once a week.
This role would be ideal if you are a successful Mortgage Adviser who is looking for more sociable working hours, which will typically be 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
You’ll be rewarded with a basic salary of circa £25K plus a performance-related bonus.
