An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PA / Administrator to join a highly prestigious, boutique City-based wealth management firm.
Working within its busy London office, you will provide PA support to the Private Client Director, as well as administrative support to both them and the wider financial planning team.
Duties will include, but certainly not be limited to, organising and diarising meetings, prioritising tasks, fielding non-technical calls and emails, and organising travel. You will also be involved with chasing clients for paperwork and information, providing agendas for meetings, sending forms to clients, and maintaining accurate records.
It is not essential that you have previous experience within the wealth management industry as you will be dealing with matters of a non-technical nature. However, this role requires exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work unsupervised to tight deadlines.
You must have 1 – 2 years’ experience within a PA, Receptionist, Office Assistant or Administrator role, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to forge strong working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders. You will also be proficient with IT, highly punctual and professional.
This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, however, there is a genuine possibility that this role could be made permanent.
