A rare and exciting new role has become available in the Grimsby office of this highly respected Insurance Broking and Risk Management specialist. The firm seeks an experienced commercial insurance specialist to add strength and expertise to its existing, successful team.

As a Commercial Account Handler, you’ll play a pivotal role in the servicing and retention of a wide range of clients requiring cover across the whole spectrum of UK commercial insurance classes of business. Working as a team with your Account Executive, and with a continual focus on the provision of an accurate, efficient and friendly service, you will be expected to quickly build strong working relationships with clients and insurers alike.

Using your product knowledge, strong IT skills and advanced communication skills, you will be expected to administer a portfolio of insurance programmes in a professional and ethical manner, following agreed procedures and processes at all times. As the clients’ first point of contact for cover queries, mid-term adjustments, quotations for additional insurances, document issue and many other tasks and projects, your professionalism, accuracy and client care skills will be key to maintaining renewal rates that impressively stand above 90%.
