Ideally you’ll have gained a minimum of 12 months’ insurance experience from within a customer-focused broking environment, however our client is also happy to invest in and train career-minded graduates keen to forge a career for themselves in this exciting sector of Financial Services.
As an Account Handler, you’ll be dealing with the personal insurance requirements of a variety of customers via email, telephone and sometimes on a face to face basis. With an emphasis on providing the highest possible levels of service, your role will be to match their needs to the best products available in terms of cover and price. Additionally, you’ll also be responsible for renewals, mid-term adjustments, document production and handling all general cover queries too.
