A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial insurance professional to inherit a wide and varied portfolio of commercial clients and to focus upon the relationship management, retention and organic growth of this most important account.
Working for this highly respected insurance brand that made significant waves and positive business headlines in 2018, you’ll be part of their continued growth and expansion in 2019 as their appetite to recruit highly skilled and qualified insurance professionals continues to gain momentum.
Based from first-class offices located in the heart of the City’s insurance district, your role will be to provide a premium service to your client bank both over the telephone and in client facing scenarios. This is a loyal and committed portfolio who have trusted their commercial, and some HNW insurance arrangements, to our client over many years and as such, this respected broker now seeks an individual with the ability and client care skills to hit the ground running thus ensuring a most successful transition and continued client loyalty.
You’ll have access to all the composite markets you could possibly need to ensure that policyholders are able to obtain not only the most cost-effective option for them, but more importantly, the best and most comprehensive cover too. The more obscure and hazardous risks can also be accommodated via the Lloyd’s and specialist MGA route.
As your clients will be based across the UK, there will be a reasonable amount of travelling involved in this role. As such, we welcome applications from experienced Account Executives and/or Senior Commercial Account Handlers with client-facing experience from within the Home Counties and beyond, who can commute to our client’s City office when not meeting clients.
Additionally, you will ideally be Diploma qualified, or working towards, with demonstrable cross-class commercial insurance knowledge underpinned by a desire to provide market-leading client service to your client bank.
