Using your impressive communication and customer service skills, you’ll provide a highly professional concierge service, both over the telephone and on a face to face basis, for all enquiries that come into the Head Office of this flourishing organisation.

In addition to the provision of a professional first response, your varied role will also include, but not be limited to, the validation of policy details, setting up new claims, production of accurate correspondence and policy documentation, filing, data entry, and undertaking occasional project work when required. It is therefore essential that you can demonstrate excellent communication skills, together with strong and accurate administration expertise too.
