The New Year has seen a real upturn in the Claims and Loss Adjusting markets, and here at Aston Charles, we’re pleased to be instructed by this dynamic, yet traditional UK Loss Adjusting business to help it source an experienced UK Commercial Property Loss Adjusting professional for its existing team.
Our client is acknowledged as being one of the leaders in its field and has a reputation for quality, technical expertise and efficient service delivery.
Working from home, with a report into the local office, you will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of Commercial Property claims in the North West region, the majority which will have a value of £100K+.
Duties will include visiting the scene of the loss, minimising claim settlement time through the efficient planning, preparation and proactive handling from pre-visit through to conclusion, and ensuring compliant operational delivery on time and to specification.
It is essential that you have previous experience handling Commercial Property losses in an external adjusting capacity. In addition, progress made towards either the ACII or ACILA qualification would be preferable, although this is not a prerequisite. Importantly, you must be an excellent communicator and an effective negotiator, with high levels of self-motivation and the ability to manage your own busy diary. As an ambassador for the company, you must also be well-presented and punctual.
You will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary of up to £40K dependent on experience, plus a company car and comprehensive benefits package. You will also receive funding towards professional qualifications.
