As a result of ongoing growth, this highly prestigious mortgage brokerage seeks a High Net Worth Senior Mortgage Adviser / Head of Sales within its London office.
This company has a tremendous brand within the High Net Worth arena encompassing high value mortgages, commercial, development, bridging finance and specialist lending. With a wealth of expertise amongst the team, the firm has an impressive amount of introducers, resulting in very high earning potential.
Having had a phenomenal year in 2018 (more than doubling its level of written business), the company is very much in ‘growth mode’ and there could not be a more exciting time to join the firm.
The MD cites that he is looking for someone to “share the load”, and to allow them to focus more on the marketing of the business and its future strategy. You’ll be responsible for getting the most of the Mortgage Adviser team, assisting with cases where needed, and ensuring that they are maximising the full potential of deals. You’ll put together management reports for the MD, as well as chairing weekly sales meetings. In addition to this, you’ll be expected to continue to write business. Whilst you are welcome to bring clients across with you (and you will be handsomely rewarded for doing so), this is by no means essential as you will have a access to a huge amount of incoming, high value enquiries.
Whether you’re an experienced manager or not, you’ll certainly be inspirational and approachable, with the ability to get the best out of people. In order to gain credibility from your team and your clients, it is essential that you have recent experience of writing high net worth business. Those from a ‘vanilla mortgage’ background need not apply.
You’ll enjoy leading what the MD describes as a “highly motivated and competent team of Mortgage Brokers.”
