A small independent mortgage brokerage based in Keighley, West Yorkshire seeks an experienced Mortgage Administrator.
Working closely with the MD, you’ll be part of a very friendly team of 3 people. The MD of this business has over 30 years’ industry experience and has built a very successful firm. As such, you can enjoy working for a stable business that has many longstanding, repeat customers
You’ll support the MD with his busy workload, allowing him to focus more time on advising. As such, your duties will include, but certainly not be limited to, submitting mortgage applications and chasing lenders, solicitors and clients throughout the process.
It is essential that you have previous experience of working within mortgages. You may well currently be a Mortgage Administrator, or perhaps you are a Mortgage Adviser who is looking to take a step back and work normal office hours (Monday to Friday).
You’ll enjoy great flexibility in this firm. For example, the MD can accommodate someone on a full-time basis, or alternatively, someone who is looking for a part-time position (perhaps say 5 mornings a week, but entirely negotiable).
This is absolutely not essential, however, should you be capable of advising clients and hold the CeMAP qualification, you will be handsomely rewarded for this.
