Using your empathetic nature and first-class client care skills, you’ll be responsible for your claims portfolio from first advice to closure, making sure that all valid claims are settled expediently and all declinatures are delivered in clear written English using the relevant policy wording, where appropriate. Additionally, you will keep a close eye out for fraud indicators and will be able to answer cover and policy queries from policyholders, clearly and concisely.
It is essential that before applying, you can demonstrate proven claims handling experience from any product background or a degree level education together with the ability to accommodate a steep learning curve. Full product and policy training will be given according to which sector you work within.
