Due to continued growth, this leading independent mortgage brokerage seeks an experienced Sales Manager for its thriving office based in Rayleigh, Essex.

You will be responsible for maximising the full potential of the mortgage advice and support team. Duties will include, but certainly not be limited to, motivating Advisers to hit their targets, running regular sales team meetings, providing coaching and mentoring, and producing management information and reports for the MD.
It is essential that you are confident, within a strong personality, and the ability to manage others with strong personalities. You will be an inspirational leader who is firm but fair, with a genuine passion for getting the best out of others. As well as a strong management background, you’ll have an impressive sales track record, with evidence of exceeding targets. Whilst mortgage / financial services experience would certainly be beneficial, it is by no means essential. However, you must feel comfortable working in a structured and regulated environment. Just as importantly, you’ll be extremely client-focused and keen to maintain the high level of customer satisfaction reviews that this company is receiving on a daily basis.

You’ll enjoy working sociable hours of 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
You’ll be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £30K with on target earnings of circa £42K.
