The firm has established an incredibly successful team of Mortgage Brokers that work through high-calibre leads on a daily basis, and since they work for a firm that possesses such an excellent reputation, the conversion rates remain very high. This year, the company is on target to lend circa £2billion so for a hard-working, experienced Mortgage Adviser, it’s the perfect place to be!
This role is not your typical advisory role; working closely with private banks, you will be writing high net worth mortgages, typically with loan sizes in excess of £1M. As a result, you will ideally have some experience in a similar role and be experienced in dealing with clients at his level.
It must be stressed that this is a self-employed role, where you will need to cover your own finances for the first couple of months, but when things gather momentum, the long-term financial rewards are huge – you can expect to earn £70K in your first year, and £120K in your second.
You’ll be office-based, working standard hours from Mon-Fri with no weekend work, and you won’t be expected to transfer your own clients as this firm’s client bank is very large.
