This financial services business has an exclusive partnership with one of the most successful independent estate agencies in the region. The MD of this estate agency has a majority shareholding in this mortgage brokerage and as such, is heavily committed to the partnership. This is clearly working, given that the brokerage is writing circa £200K per month in Mortgage & Protection business.
Based at one of the estate agency branches in Yorkshire, you will work closely with the Sales Negotiators to maximise the conversion of mortgage and protection leads. You will be supported by a highly competent Mortgage Administration team and you will have access to the whole of market, including specialist lenders for complex cases. You’ll be working as part of a very supportive and highly experienced team, with whom you can share ideas and seek advice from.
You’ll be given a great deal of autonomy to do what you do best. For example, there is no pressure for you to work weekends, although you may choose to do so, for which you will receive a day off in lieu.
This position offers high earning potential, with plenty of Mortgage Advisers earning over £60K and some earning over £90K. The MD of this business told us how he was awarding people with £17K monthly bonus cheques at a recent awards ceremony!
You must be CeMAP qualified, with recent experience of writing compliant mortgage business. Whilst independent broking experience would certainly be beneficial, we will also consider very driven Mortgage Advisers from tied / restricted environments such as banks or building societies.
Because this is such a lucrative opportunity, our client is looking for someone who wants to earn substantial income. For those Advisers looking to earn £30K - £40K and work standard hours, this is not the right company. This role is for those looking to push themselves and exploit the genuine £70K - £90K on target earnings.
