This Mortgage Administrator role exists within a quality-focused mortgage brokerage based in Ashton-Under-Lyne. You will have the opportunity to really make a difference, and the option further down the line to train to become a Mortgage Advisor if you so desire!
The role is with a small, independent mortgage brokerage, and whilst it might not have huge growth plans in place for the future, the firm has made a name for itself as a very respected business, building an impressive, loyal client base as a result.
The company seeks a high calibre Mortgage Administrator to support its team of Mortgage Brokers. Specific duties will include, but not be limited to, uploading information to lenders' portals, issuing documents to clients, chasing outstanding information from clients, chasing solicitors and lenders, and keeping clients updated throughout the process.
A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to multi-task and a keen eye for detail are crucial to succeed in this role. A CeMAP qualification would also be preferred but is not essential.
It is essential that you have experience in a similar role, but previous experience in a mortgage administration role specifically would be ideal.
You will enjoy working traditional hours (Monday to Friday), in a very friendly and supportive working environment. As such, you must be highly personable and a good team player, who enjoys producing a really high standard of work.
