My client, a busy and profitable financial advisory firm, is looking to recruit a Financial Services Administrator to support its busy Financial Advisors.
Its Financial Advisors make sure its clients feel comfortable and confident about their financial future and provide expert advice and long-term support.
This role is varied, with no two days really being the same. Working closely with the Practice Manager in supporting the Financial Advisors and Paraplanners, you will be involved in processing new business and maintaining internal office systems, following this through to completion. You will also be required to process letters of authority, request policy information and chase providers for the information. As an Administrator you will be involved in general duties such as answering the telephone, liasing with clients and dealing with the post etc. You will ensure that all compliance procedures are followed and customer files are maintained.
My client is looking for someone that ideally has experience within the financial services space, however, they are open to hearing from candidates from all admin backgrounds. You will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual and be eager to learn.
You will be rewarded with a generous basic salary, which is dependent on experience. There are long term progression opportunities available, through to a Paraplanner position and possibly even an advisory role in the future, if that is of interest. You will also be supported with exams and will also benefit from free parking on site.
