An outstanding career opportunity has arisen within this global broker of choice for a Claims Executive to join its highly successful Property Owners/ Property Investors team. You’ll primarily be responsible for claims account managing your own client portfolio, as well as relationships with insurers and service providers.
As a Claims Executive here, you’ll quickly build and maintain an in-depth understanding of your clients’ business structure, operations and service level agreements. You’ll regularly meet and review claims service and activity with your allocated clients, providing any associated feedback to loss adjusters, insurers and other service providers.
Importantly, you’ll also be close at hand to provide technical advice and support to your clients on all claims matters up to your claims handling authority of £250K. Above this, you’ll be expected to refer upwards, but with your own recommendations on how best to progress the claim to the most positive conclusion for your client.
Another key part of your role will be the collection, collation, review and provision of claims data and management information to your client bank, and also to the Client Service Team at renewal stage. You’ll be able to identify, highlight and discuss trends and concerns for risk management purposes, where appropriate.
