Our client, a highly skilled Wealth Management firm, is looking to develop its Support Team with the appointment of either a full time or part time Compliance Assistant/ Administrator to work from its office in Tenterden.

With over 30 years’ experience within the market, our client specialises in running SIPP and SSAS pension schemes, offering pensions with wide investment opportunities. Its Advisers deliver solutions which best match its client’s life and business goals.

As a Compliance Assistant/ Administrator you will be responsible for regularly updating registers e.g. breaches, complaints and customer feedback. You will assist colleagues with queries on compliance related matters and provide them with the best possible service, ensuring all policies are followed. This position will also involve carrying out audits/ spot checks routinely on existing and new procedures and ensuring that there are all being met to regulatory standards. You will be heavily involved in ensuring file reviews are up to date and accurate, as well as completing all administrative record keeping which will also include electronic records.

As you will be working in a vital role for this business, experience within the financial services industry is essential, ideally in a compliance/ pension based role. You will be motivated and focussed on delivering excellent support, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Our client is flexible with part time or full time and you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary. This role is initially for maternity cover, however, there may be a high possibility of the role being offered on a permanent basis at the end of the contract. You will provided with an excellent training programme to help you develop into the role. This is a family run business, where you will be working within a small and really close knit team.
