This high profile insurance broking and risk management specialist seeks to add additional strength and expertise to its busy, focused Commercial Claims team that provides a high quality advice service to its clients on all claims issues.
With a 100% focus on complete client happiness, your primary focus will be to effectively manage client expectations at all stages of the claim, whilst liaising with insurers and specialists to expedite each claim.
You’ll be allocated a client portfolio that generates a varied and interesting caseload of claims including Property, Property Owners, EL, PL, and BI. Excitingly, you’ll also become involved and responsible for some London Market claims controlled by Lloyd’s syndicates and City insurers too. On a daily basis, you’ll be taking notifications of new claims, advising your clients on loss mitigation, and subsequently reporting details into the relevant insurer. Additionally, you’ll keep clients abreast of all claim developments, ensure that there’s no insurer procrastination, and you’ll maintain accurate reserves and claim information at all times to enable efficient MI reporting.
With proven claims handling experience gained from within a broker, TPA or insurer, you’ll take pride in delivering an outstanding claims service at all times, remembering that this is the “shop window” for insurance. Progress made towards CII examinations would be advantageous but not a necessity.
