As an Account Handler, here you’ll provide an exemplary broking service to your clients at all times, using your skills and expertise to efficiently process mid-term adjustments, handle renewals, rebroking, and being the trusted individual at the end of the phone for all cover queries and general enquiries. The company uses the OPEN GI system, so experience of using this would be advantageous although it’s not a necessity.
You’ll be able to demonstrate proven insurance Account Handling experience, ideally with exposure to some commercial insurance and / or HNW products, underpinned by a desire to provide the highest possible level of service to your clients. Here, you’ll be joining a truly independent broker where the MD treats his staff almost as family, and you’ll have a lot of fun while undertaking your role.
