This prestigious organisation, operating in the exciting world of Wealth Management and Financial Planning, seeks an accomplished Administrator to provide support and assistance to its busy team of Consultants and Specialist Assistants.

With relevant work experience gained from within a Financial Services environment, you’ll be excited by the opportunity to join a nationally-recognised, award-winning advisory firm operating out of the best offices in Lincoln city centre. Every day will be different here, with the allocation of a variety of administrative tasks including booking meeting rooms, filing, sorting and distributing post, diary management and updating spreadsheets. Additionally, you’ll play an active part in the financial planning process by assisting the technical team with product research, liaising with the product providers via both email and telephone, and producing technical documentation using their specialist systems.

Obviously, previous experience gained with a highly corporate, ideally Financial Services based office environment is key here, but so is the ability to carry out all tasks accurately, cheerfully and expediently. You’ll be a team player, happy to “go the extra mile” to get the job done, and you’ll have a thirst for knowledge. Working in a highly professional office, you’ll naturally be a confident, eloquent communicator of polished appearance, and proud to be a brand ambassador for this superb organisation.

There’s a lot to learn and absorb here and therefore you’ll be able to accommodate a steep learning curve. Progression is absolutely available, but initially it is expected that it will take a minimum of two years to become fully functional in everything this role requires.
