Using your London Market, Management Liability claims handling skills and experience, you’ll take responsibility for the management, strategy and process for the notification, agreement, collection and settlement of your portfolio.
With overall responsibility for managing the strategy of your caseload of sensitive claims, this wide and varied role will include taking first notification of loss, negotiation with carriers, providing regular client updates, and the monitoring of reserves. You’ll be in regular liaison and contact with internal broking teams, network offices, clients, appointed experts and insurers via phone, email and on a face to face basis.
You’ll have a strong technical understanding of claims coverage issues and wordings across most Financial Lines classes including E&O, D&O, FI, PI and Pension Trustee Liability. Knowledge and experience of using the CLASS and ECF systems would be also be most advantageous.
