A highly prestigious, boutique Mortgage Brokerage based in Cannock seeks an experienced Mortgage Adviser to service its ongoing stream of enquiries.
Led by an extremely well-connected MD, this company attracts business from a wide variety of sources, both from the UK and overseas, including from some ultra-high net worth individuals, well-known sports personalities and celebrities. With various arms to the group, it can cater for a range of financial services requirements, including, but not limited to, wealth management, commercial finance and residential mortgage advice.
Working within the regulated mortgage division, you will service the Mortgage and Protection requirements of private clients, utilising the whole of market to access the appropriate lenders and insurers. Given the connections this business has, you will gain exposure to some very interesting cases.
It is essential that you have previous mortgage advising experience from an independent mortgage broking background, and that you hold Competent Adviser Status (CAS). Just as importantly, you’ll have well-honed relationship building and communication skills.
You’ll start off by dealing with fairly standard residential mortgage business, but as you prove yourself, there will be the opportunity to get involved with some fascinating, higher value, HNW and UHNW cases.
This is an employed position where you will enjoy traditional working hours that are principally built around a 9am - 5pm working week (4pm finish on a Friday), although you must be flexible with your time, where necessary.

You will be rewarded with a basic salary of circa £25K (Negotiable) plus an attractive commission scheme with high on target earnings.
