This is a superb opportunity for a newly CeMAP qualified candidate to secure an entry-level employed Mortgage Adviser position in the Leicester area.
You’ll be joining one of the most successful, specialist UK mortgage brokerages who are true leaders within their specialist field of finance.
In this telephone-based role, you will be dealing with incoming enquiries, handling the Mortgage and Protection requirements for a diverse range of residential mortgage clients. In addition, you will also be working on the Help-Desk, assisting other Mortgage Advisers / Brokers with technical and product queries.
With the firm being Appointed Representatives of one of the top mortgage networks in the industry, you will benefit from their first-class training and support, as well working alongside a team of highly experienced mortgage professionals.
Our client prefers that you are recently CeMAP qualified with NO previous mortgage advising experience; that way, they can easily mould you into their successful way of working. You must be driven and proactive, and ideally you will have previous sales experience, with a successful track record of hitting targets and objectives. Just as importantly, you will have strong communication skills, an excellent telephone manner, and a genuine desire to earn good bonus.
You will be rewarded with a starting salary of circa £22K (Negotiable, depending on experience), with realistic on target earnings of £40K+.
Whilst there is certainly no pressure to do so, this role offers the opportunity to move into an external, field-based Mortgage Adviser position, where genuine on target earnings range between £70K - £120K+.
