This firm has worked heavily within Property Acquisitions for the past several years in London, and after note-worthy success, has opened a Mortgage Brokerage division to assist its high net worth clients with securing their dream properties in Central London. As a result of the firm winning new business from new and existing clients, the MD is looking to hire an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to take on this new business and help steady the ship.
You’ll enjoy working on a mixture of Residential, Buy-To-Let and Commercial mortgages, as well as Protection cases from high-quality leads. Whilst most of the advice will be provided over the phone, you will also be meeting clients in person and providing face to face mortgage and protection-based advice.
Whilst this firm has created considerable success from its lead source, it must be said that you should not expect to work 100% from the provided leads; you will also be expected to self-generate some of your own leads. With that being said, it is not essential to bring on board a client bank.
You will be working within a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere with this close-knit team. There’s no “hard sell” here, and no egos, so if you’re looking to work within an aggressive and cut-throat sales environment, then this probably won’t be for you!
You can expect a base salary of £25K - £30K with an OTE of up to £75K for the first year, but the ‘sky really is the limit’ for earnings. You’ll also be supported by a dedicated Admin Team who will process all paperwork and aftersales work, so your only focus will be on writing business.
Whilst this firm is definitely looking for an English-speaking Advisor, someone with Russian or Ukrainian as a second language would be hugely advantageous, but this is certainly not essential.
