A need has arisen for a Diary Control Agent to ensure the effective servicing of customers. This is a busy role where duties will include, but not be limited to, chasing outstanding information from clients in order for Mortgage Advisers to be able to prepare a quote, checking that documents are suitable and compliant, and booking customers into Mortgage Advisers’ diaries.
You must have a keen eye for detail to make sure that documents contain the relevant information, and good logistical skills to maximise capacity in Mortgage Brokers’ diaries. Just as importantly, you’ll display good telephone experience in influencing clients, and the ability to work under pressure. It is not essential that you have previous experience of working within the mortgage industry as full training will be provided.

You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £16.5K plus company benefits.
The working hours are 9am til 6pm (Monday to Friday) and you will be required to work some Saturdays or Sundays, where in return, you will be given a day off in lieu during the week.
