As a result of increased business levels, the company is looking to hire an experienced Mortgage Administrator to support its team of Advisers.
As a Mortgage Administrator, you will enjoy a varied role, where duties will include, but not be limited to, uploading documents to lenders’ websites, liaising with lenders to make sure that offers are issued in reasonable timescales, and chasing solicitors. You will also be in regular contact with clients to update them of progress throughout the mortgage lifecycle.
It is essential that you have previous experience in a mortgage administration role and experience of taking clients through the mortgage application process. A CeMAP qualification would be preferred but is not essential.
This firm provides a very supportive and friendly environment, therefore a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to multi-task, and a keen eye for detail, are crucial to succeed in this role.
You can expect a basic salary in the range of £18K - £25K, as well as a range of company benefits. The hours follow a 9-5 working pattern, with no weekend work at all.
