Aston Charles has been engaged by this leading Financial Services group to help it source a Head of Marketing for its Cambridgeshire Head Office. This is a newly-created role and it comes with full responsibility and autonomy for the group marketing function of this rapidly expanding group of companies.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, and with responsibility for 3 direct reports, this role comes with responsibility for all Marketing, PR and Brand activity across the group. Working within an agreed budget, you’ll create a marketing strategy for the group that will include B2B and B2C campaigns, creating, developing and leading marketing plans for the branch network and leading all communication activity for the group, both internally and externally. Additionally, you’ll have responsibility for adherence to FCA and Regulatory standards and will be the brand guardian/ champion at all times.
As a senior Marketing professional, ideally with the ACIM qualification, you’ll be comfortable operating at a strategic, operational and managerial level. You’ll be able to demonstrate and articulate proven experience in a similar senior role, where you have had operational success in campaign management, lead generation initiatives and digital strategy. Regularly reporting to the MD, and attending Executive Committee meetings, you’ll be confident and eloquent, with the ability to clearly communicate technical marketing information to other “heads of” within the group that haven’t undertaken your role.
