Our client prides itself on delivering the highest level of service, and knows that the real test of any broking house is its ability to reach satisfactory completion of claims, fairly and expediently. This role is key to our client delivering the unrivalled level of customer service it has built its proud reputation on over many years.
You will join a claims centre of excellence, where you will inherit a mixed portfolio of clients. Therefore, you will ideally have well-rounded knowledge of a number of industry sectors including Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction and Haulage. You will take ownership of all claims arising within this portfolio, and keep clients updated on progress from intimation through to final settlement.
Strong account management and relationship building skills are a ‘must’, in order to form a professional rapport and negotiate with insurers, clients and third parties. As well as dealing with clients over the telephone and via email, you will also get the opportunity to accompany Account Executives on some site visits. Exceptional Claims Handlers from a personal lines background, will also be considered.
