A rapidly expanding financial services group is seeking a highly skilled Paraplanner to join its developing team in Marlborough.
Our client has been established for over 20 years, with offices throughout the country, providing both private and corporate clients with a full range of solutions. Encompassing a wealth of expertise through a highly successful team of Independent Financial Advisers, it is looking to add to its back-office support structure in order to streamline workload and responsibilities.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Advisers, undertaking research both independently and in conjunction with the Financial Planner to identify suitable products to meet the clients’ needs. Preparing and producing clear and concise recommendation reports and suitability letters, as well as ensuring that all client information and files remain compliant. You must also be an effective communicator, both verbally and written and at all levels, as you will communicate directly with selected clients, occasionally face to face, as well as providing an interface with third parties.
You will be eager to obtain your Level 4 Diploma and have some experience within financial services, this role could suit someone who is in an IFA Administrator position at the moment and looking to progress into a Paraplanner position. Some exposure to writing financial reports would be advantageous. Attributes such as good organisational, time management and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritise and plan your own workload, are considered prerequisite.
