The firm seeks a Claims Analyst to assist it in the provision of timely, accurate and relevant claims management information, thus freeing up its technical claims specialists to focus upon what they do best.
You’ll be joining an expanding and highly collaborative Claims team that is the envy of the industry and is most highly valued and appreciated by the wider business. Ideally, with proven operational claims experience gained from within the London Market, and advanced levels of Excel knowledge, your role will include the provision of a variety of claims-based MI reports on a monthly basis, the production of Claims Bordereaux, and the presentation of claims data to various key individuals in the business.
Essentially, you’ll be able to utilise your Microsoft Excel expertise to produce, interrogate and present a varied suite of Claims MI reports, from which you’ll be able to identify and report upon trends, anomalies and concerns in a clear and concise manner. With a close eye for detail and a passion for operational effectiveness, you’ll be happy to articulate your ideas for process improvement and efficiency where appropriate. This role obviously requires high levels of technical competence, but also has a necessity for outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. With continual collaborative contact within the Claims department and the wider business, you’ll be an eloquent and confident communicator at all levels.
