As an Insurance Account Handler here, your wide and varied role will include, but not be limited to, fielding calls and enquiries from existing broker clients on Commercial Property Owners and/or Commercial Vehicle policies, providing a first-class service by answering all technical, product and policy queries as quickly and efficiently as possible. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for providing new business quotations, processing mid-term adjustments and managing the renewal process.
