A prolific Development / Bridging Finance brokerage in London has a terrific opportunity for a Case Manager / Senior Case Manager to join its thriving team.

Given the company’s distribution model, as well as the number of high-profile people joining the firm, it is achieving record results month on month, and as such, there could not be a more exciting time to join.
Working in close conjunction with Senior Consultants, you will act as the conduit between them, the clients and lenders. Duties will include, but certainly not be limited to, submitting mortgage applications, chasing outstanding information, verifying documents, answering day to day enquiries, and generally acting as the right-hand person to the Consultant.
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role from a finance/ mortgage brokerage, although our client will consider applications from those working for banks, lenders or perhaps IFAs. Just as importantly, you will have first-class organisational skills, as well as well-honed relationship management and customer services skills. You’ll be dealing with some very important and affluent property developer clients, and as such, you must be able to engage well with these, quickly securing their buy-in and trust.

Whilst this is not essential, our client would be particularly interested in someone who wants to head up a team of Case Handlers. Perhaps you already have management / supervisory experience, or are starting to show a real flair for leadership?
You will be rewarded with a generous basic salary, ranging from £30K to £50K, dependent on experience, plus company benefits. You can expect to work fairly traditional hours (Mon-Fri) in an office that is situated in a very pleasant part of the City.
