You’ll be advising on Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Health Insurance and several other Protection-based products to clients across the UK and so, it is crucial that you have experience in advising on protection products.
One of the key selling points of this opportunity is that, due to the fairly embryonic nature of the business, any Adviser coming in at this early stage will be in the hotseat for promotion, as the company’s 3-year growth plans take effect. There are no layers of bureaucracy or corporate red tape to cut through here, managerial and director level opportunities are available in time.
What makes this role particularly ideal for an experienced adviser is the fact there is no cold calling whatsoever. All leads originate online, generating between 10-15 high-quality leads on a daily basis.
You can expect a base salary of £25K with an OTE of £50K for year one, a dedicated admin team that will handle all paperwork and aftersales requirements, as well as excellent career development. Working hours are between 9-6 and there is no weekend work whatsoever!
