Due to further increases in new business, my client, an award-winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners, is seeking a Technical Analyst (Paraplanner) to assist its Advisers.
This business nurtures long term relationships with its clients and plays a central role in co-ordinating relationships with all other advisers. My client is fully independent, whole of market and focuses on investment planning, wealth planning and legacy planning.
As a Technical Analyst your main responsibility will be to support the Financial Planners in research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives. You will prepare client reviews, financial plans, suitability reports and assist the Financial Planners with client presentations. It is vital that you ensure any business conducted is done in a responsible and compliant manner, meeting all regulatory requirements. You will also be involved in finding ways to improve the quality of advice and ensuring that all client requirements are followed through to the appropriate conclusion.
You will be an experienced Paraplanner with in-depth technical knowledge and be Diploma qualified. As this role will involve client interaction you will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships. Good working knowledge of research tools such as MorningStar/FE and Dimensional Returns would be beneficial, as well as experience of using Voyant cashflow.
You will benefit from a generous basic salary which is negotiable dependent on experience. In this role you will have the opportunity for significant client interaction, which is hugely beneficial if you are looking to progress into an advisory role.
