Aston Charles is pleased to be instructed by this award-winning, Chartered Insurance Broker to assist with the recruitment of 2 Commercial Account Handlers for its established commercial office in South London. Working within its specialist Client Service Team, you will take full ownership of your client portfolio and focus upon renewal retention by servicing and administering their insurance portfolios in a timely, professional and efficient manner.
Your wide and varied role will cover all aspects of commercial account handling that includes, but won’t be limited to, handling renewals, processing mid-term adjustments, identifying cross-sales and additional product opportunities, and generally providing a courteous and professional response to all clients, colleague and underwriter enquiries by phone, email and letter. Additionally, you’ll work closely with the relevant Account Executive and be involved in client renewal meetings, playing an active role in negotiations.
Being a Chartered Broker, our client is keen to consider applications from individuals that have embarked upon professional studies, but equally important is cross-class technical knowledge of UK commercial insurance products. Experience of using the Acturis system when writing reports and presentations would also be most advantageous.
