Dealing with file review work for a wide variety of Directly Authorised IFAs, you’ll ensure that compliant advice is provided to the customer, with a focus on specialist and complex cases. On a daily basis you’ll review client advice files to the highest possible standard and prepare detailed, coherent reports that present remedial action, where appropriate, to comply with FCA regulations and TCF principles.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based from our client’s impressive Greater Manchester offices, where you’ll work autonomously but will be part of a specialist team of market professionals, all with the same high standards and attention to detail.
As a matter of urgency, we invite applications from Diploma Qualified individuals with, ideally, recent experience in a file review or complaint handling role. Additionally, we also welcome applications from experienced Advisers seeking a move from advice into something different yet relevant to their experience and qualifications.
