This high profile National IFA firm continues to go from strength to strength and now seeks an individual that matches its own key values of professionalism, client satisfaction and service excellence to manage a team of c20 IFAs across three main Northern bases.

Covering the West Midlands, the North West and South Scotland you will lead, coach and mentor a team of qualified Financial Planners, guiding them to achieve their own revenue targets and thus achieving the region’s own revenue objectives too. Additionally, you’ll take ownership for the regional MI and sales data reporting.

As a proven IFA Sales Manager with demonstrable experience of managing multi-site teams of qualified Financial Planners, your wide and varied role will focus upon the sales management of your team. You’ll set SMART objectives and manage workflow, resources and deadlines with a continual focus upon organisational objectives. You’ll lead and present regular team meetings and take ownership for positive employee engagement from within the team. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for your own ongoing competency, undertaking regular CPD activity including attending seminars, workshops and training courses, where appropriate.

As a key leader within this superb organisation, and with previous senior level experience, you’ll be confident under pressure, an embracer of change, an eloquent presenter, and have the ability to inspire others to achieve and work professionally to your own high standards. You’ll, of course, be Diploma qualified, with CF30 and a current SPS with an in-depth technical knowledge of this specialist marketplace and its products. You’ll possess the drive, ambition, flair and pride required to take this, already consistently performing, team to new heights.

In return, you can expect a basic salary of up to £85K, a bonus that could take your OTE earnings over £100K, and a suite of corporate benefits that includes PMI, PHI, Critical Illness , Pension and much more.
