This high profile Financial Planning specialist continues to go from strength to strength and now seeks a career-focused individual to join its welcoming, collaborative and highly professional team that specialises in the Pensions arena.

As an Administrator in the Pensions team, you’ll play a key role in making sure that that all of the pension schemes are operating effectively on a day-to-day basis. Using the specialist software you’ll accurately update and maintain client records, paying close attention to detail at all times. You’ll also be quickly exposed to other specialist tasks such as the production of accurate documentation, undertaking pension calculations and processing additional pension contributions efficiently and accurately with a “get it right first time” approach.

It’s clear that advanced administration skills are essential for this role, but the successful candidate will also be able to display strong communication skills as you’ll be in regular liaison with colleagues, trustees, providers, banks, auditors and HMRC.

You’ll be able to work to very high standards of accuracy and detail and will enjoy communicating with a wide variety of individuals. It is also anticipated that you’ll be able to demonstrate proven experience of working within an FCA regulated environment, ideally with some knowledge of pensions, although our client is happy to train individuals in this specialist product.
